Conditions for Refund and Cancellation
~ Any form of donations made to ISKCON Boisar would not be refunded.
~ In case there is typo error in the amount and the amount actually transacted was more than the donor actually wanted to donate, in that case with mutual understanding, the excess amount only can be refunded after deduction of the payment gateway fees.
~ Processing refund may take upto 5 – 7 Business Days.
~ In case of a Refund, the transaction charges from the payment gateway will be deducted and the rest amount will be refunded.
~ Donations made accidentally will be refunded after deducting the transaction charges.
~ Donations for following situations will not be refunded, if the amount is already been used by the time refund is claimed.
- For example, donations made for food, flowers, decorative items that are perishable, if the food is cooked or vegetables purchased can't be refunded.
- Amount already spent for the purpose for which donation was made, can't be refunded.

Recurring donations can not be refunded from our end you need cancel the subscription through the selected payment mode.

Cancellation Of Subscription
Certain of the Firms products and services may be offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly or yearly subscription. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing at support@iskconboisar.com.
Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged after a cancellation.
Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy of online courses
ISKCON Boisar is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting with us. Due to the nature of our services and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 7 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase plus 6 days. You may request your money back by emailing to support@iskconboisar.com. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email, phone number and name associated with any such purchase. Refund is only allowed if you did not want to purchase or changed your mind after completing the transaction. It is not possible that you can complete the entire content within the 7 days of purchase and also implement to get results. Results will only come after implementing the procedure mentioned in the last session of the course content. The entire course is a progressive in nature. If you directly jump to the end content without understanding all the previous sessions, it will not work. Any refund request after 7 days will not be entertained.
The following deduction schedule will be applicable against each purchase of any kind of digital course materials, like proprietary video, audio, PDF eBooks, Images or Text.
A Flat 10% deduction will be made during the refund, against the total amount received The refund will take place as per the time taken by the payment processor and your bank. Usually, it would take 5 to 7 days to reflect the refund amount in your account. Once the refund process is initiated of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, prints, eBooks, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paid members, and other resources. You will loose the access to the product/services you had claimed refund for. All other products if you already own by making the scheduled payment and have not claimed for refund, you will continue to have the access.
No Refund requests shall be entertained after 7 days of purchase. Which means Day of purchase plus 6th day which ends 12AM of the 6th day night. However if you want to discontinue to access without refund, you can email to support@iskconboisar.com and we will remove the access to the requested content.
Spamming or Self Promotion
If any member found to reach out to other members to sell or promote their own products and/or services, they will warned for the 1st time. If found repeating the same 2nd time, they will be removed access to all the platforms. They will not be able to access or attend the social groups, course contents, online or offline meetups and will not be entitled for any refunds as per this policy. Any complains coming to us in this regard will be taken very seriously. The Firm reserves the right not reveal the identity of the person who complained against someone.
